I believe u must put some talents in Blizzard in frost tree to get it to start slowing mobs

you can but tbh they dont go that slow and some are immune

@@daghostyTV in your video you are saying that for some reason blizzard does not slow them, I posted comment explaining that blizzard by it self doesn't have chill or slow effect but you get it through talents in Improved Blizzard

Put talent points all into arcane.. Living flame/arcane explosion are all arcane damage....>.>
