I think the "first murderer" line refers to the bible story of Cain and Abel rather than the crucifixion. The line following that in Chinese says "don't use your contract to tame me" which might be a reference to contractarianism, meaning the seemingly "advanced" society created the idea of state and used it to cause so much turmoil. The last part of the lyrics reads like a accusation to God Himself to let all these evil happen thus also guilty of the atrocity against humanity.
