Sofia, this was fabulous! I loved learning more about the wines from that region, and I can’t wait for the next vlog. Italy is one of my favorite places and this took me back!

You’re so good at educating us thru your passions! Tysm for the insight on winemaking and architecture. The striped stone was indeed beautiful and I had fun learning more about organic vineyards. Looking forward to the next vlog 🥰.

I like the travel vlogs... I'm not a summer vacationer because of the heat, so I can look at things without heat stress 😄 I admire your heat resistance, you don't even need a hat in the sunshine ?! 😮 All the best for you, Maria

So glad you like it! When it's that hot, I usually forgo the hat because it makes me sweat lol

It was a very interesting vlog, thank you, Sofia! I just came back from a holiday in Greece and on the way back visited one relatively new winery in SW of Bulgaria. We tasted some amazing wines and meals there. The view with all the vines also amazing, so quiet and relaxing, definitely going back to that hotel. I'm a fan of this business model wine+dine+sleep in the same spot.

Great video, Sofia! Thank you for taking us along on your Tuscany and Umbria travels. Very impressive about your knowledge of wines. I am a wine lover and can appreciate your knowledge of the grapes and wines. The cathedral was so majestic. Amazing how much detail went into the construction. I am impressed with their decorative touches. Thanks again. We are going to Tuscany in October and looking forward to trying some of their wines as well as sightseeing the region. Thanks again for putting this video together for us.

Really enjoying these travel vlogs-ever consider branching out on a more regular basis? You’re a natural! Love Italia, and am happy you got some great weather, as when I booked a dinner in the vineyard outside of Siena, Tuscany, it was pouring rain so we had to do it inside…and then the power went out. It was one of those travel snafus that ended up being better in a way! I find most Italian wines too acidic and dry for me, as I prefer a full-bodied Zinfandel with a jammy blackberry finish. No oak for me, either! Love all those truffle pasta dishes, came back with a ton of truffle shavings and pastes. Did you try the cinghiale (wild boar)? My favorite and such an Italian delicacy! Looking forward to seeing your next installment. ❤ Thanks for sharing, grazie mille!

You know what that was the one thing I think we didn't get a chance to try! I totally relate you Mary, a lot of Italian wines taste like sour cherries to me but I am learning what kinds I prefer and that there are so many options that I don't always find on USA menus

Thank you for this, I love wine living in Southern California. I am more used to those regions, my favorites, though for Italian are chiantia, reserve. And super Tuscan. I do wish I knew more about Italian wines.

Wow! Thanks, Sofia! The region is beautiful and the cathedral - oh, my, it is just too beautiful for words. Thanks to Tyler, as well, for allowing something other than his back to be shown! Seeing the two of you enjoying the trip together makes my heart happy. The Travel Channel needs to contract with you since all they seem to come up with is ghost adventures. You were beautiful and I loved your lipstick with that blouse. I’m hoping that was the Hermes lipstick you discussed in an earlier video that looked almost black in the tube, but was a pretty berry color when you put it on.

Haha! Thank you so much Melinda! Yes Tyler got some more airtime in this one LOL. I remember that at least in the car I was wearing the YSL Loveshine in Nude Lingerie which is a great low maintenance color. Now that you have reminded me I am going to pull out my Hermes one

I loooove Europes cathedrals too ⛪️🕊️✝️🥹❤️ kind of similar to the California’s missions where I’m from but on a much much smaller scale and not as old the missions only Date back to the 1700’s ugh heart be still there is just something so so special about these churches ⛪️🥲
