Just had to pause your video to say I’ve had some atrocious Dior customer service up here in Canada too. For orders that haven’t had issues, they’ve been great. But the first time I received a broken product, it took me 1 month to get a return label and an additional 6 weeks to get a return 👹

Yes the resolution time is quite long. The people who work in the boutique are very kind and well trained but the online customer service seems to be low staffed

I really love the Dior Ecrin palettes. I do like them better than their standard eye palettes each time! Same for the blushes and highlighters in them, like them better than their standard offerings

I will be buying this year's Dior Ecrin palette also! I didn't buy 2023's, because my 2022 palette had so much product left. However, this year I LOVE the Eyeshadow color story, blush colors, Highlighter colors, and lip colors! I honestly don't have an issue getting Eyeshadow in the lip products. ❤

Loooove Prada. Those Dior palettes (the quints) look like those mass-produced Estee Lauder Holiday palettes from the 1980s. I do love my Soft Cashmere and Beige Mitzah! I also love the look of the Celine packaging!!!!! In the 80s Dior packaging was stunning and had those decagonal lipstick cases.

I like their clutch palettes for travel but I don’t take them on the go or as a clutch. It… it’s just not something that works like that to me. I don’t understand why they thought it would. Hi Sofia, Prada should hire you. Lol! You've got me excited about the Prada eyeshadow. I don't have a Prada eyeshadow yet so I'm going to get it. I have two of the Prada lipsticks and I really like them. I think the DIOR eyeshadows are going to be a pass for me. I have a hard time spending money on eyeshadow palettes that have a 6 month shelf life. There are a couple of DIOR fragrances that I'm going to pick up this holiday season. I'm going to get Diorissimo EDT and Dioressence EDT. I don't have any Cle de Peau, Hermes or Nars makeup yet. Maybe someday. :) I will have to wait and see concerning Celine. I am going to pick up some YSL products. Hopefully the blushes will launch before the Sephora sale. Thanks for the review. Take Care!

I haven't bought a Prada eyeshadow yet, but this one will hopefully be my first. I also love the cool toned Dior palette. I love the layout of the Dior palettes. I will skip the metallic lipsticks - don't like metallic lipsticks. Not a fan of the clutches. The Hermes pencils are gorgeous! I love the new Fenty and new Makeup Forever lip pencils. I've loved every YSL product so for me, I will definitely buy. Celine is a pass for me. I don't want to pay a ton of money for their fancy packaging.

I am so excited for too many holiday releases this year. I can’t wait for the Prada eyeshadow! I picked up all three of the Hourglass palettes, and really like them. I ordered the Cle de Peau eyeshadow and lipstick, but I have a couple of the luminizers and they kinda look the same on me. Their packaging is so whimsical though, it usually gets me to buy something. I hear ya on the Dior customer service. I had a problem with Fude Beauty, and went round robin for weeks. Had to go through PayPal to get a resolution. Way frustrating for a ‘luxury experience’!

I"m hoping Chanel has a beautiful holiday collection. I have one eyeshadow palette by Prada, and I don't care for the formula. Their lipstick, however, is lovely. I ordered one of the holiday Cle de Peau highlighters, but I'm on the fence about the eyeshadow palette. Dior is supposed to be "clean" beauty, and I'm sure it has more plant based ingredients, but I'm allergic to most of their products now, and I used to love their eyeshadows. I like the Hermes lipstick, but I've never tried any of their eye products. I'll be interested to see the eyeliners. I'll probably wait and see about the Celine lipstick and other makeup. It's been along time since I have purchased any YSL makeup. I'm very tempted to give these blushes a try.

Hi Sofia, First off all I love to see Minnie in your videos!😻 I was sure that I will skip the Dior holiday collection but the cool toned eyeshadow quint is stunning and the packaging is 🤩. So I am definitely interested and happy that you like more the cool quint which is very unusual.😁 I hope the formula is good. The only concern is the 6 months shelf life. Because you have many eyeshadows from Dior maybe you will tell us if they still perform well. Big YES for Hermes eyeliners!😍 Also I am interested in the new liquid eyeliner. After a few fails (ex.:Tom Ford - it takes forever to dry, Gucci - hate the very soft applicator) I bought the one from Make Up Forever (Sephora girl recommended) and is very good. After application I curl my lashes and fast drying is essential for me. So I hope Hermes will come with a good one. The new makeup line from Celine looks promising. Not sure if Celine will be available in Australia but I am curious about the quality. The packaging is beautiful and luxurious. Interesting that so far Chanel holiday collection is a mystery. I saw a quad but nobody seems to know if it’s for Asia market or worldwide. Prada is still not available in Australia and for this reason is a pass for me. Same with Cle de Peau. Nars an YSL are a pass as well. I like other brands much more and I don’t need makeup from each brand. 😁 Thanks for sharing!💕

I love your content so much Sofia!!! I was fully enjoying your Dior rant last night 😂 and then saw that sneak peek. The cool toned one will be mine! I am hesitant to order directly from them though. Why are they like that??? I remember they made Charlotte Holdcroft send her palette back after sending her the wrong one! The only brand that has ever made me send an item back when it was their shipping mistake is Pat McGrath. Funny that it’s the “luxury” brands that don’t have luxury service. I have never had a single issue getting a replacement for a broken product or a wrong item from any other brand or retailer, and it happens a lot. Makes me want to wait until the Dior palette comes to Nordstrom.

Hi Sofia, I have never used cle de peau. Please give me a list of their makeup items that would be good for me. I’m 50 yrs old and have a good complexion. I use Dior right now. I only decided to look for the holiday items since you previously shared here, so thanks! I’m planning to get the holiday eye palette.. I am thinking about getting the Refining pressed powder and the luminizing face enhancer, and maybe the correcting cream Veil. Definitely picking up the Prada eyeshadow quad and the cool-toned Dior quint. I just had a problem with Tom Ford sending me the wrong quad, which was mislabeled on their website, and I had to send it back to get a refund. It does happen to lots of brands. I ordered some things from Chanel and it has taken a really long time to ship and that isn’t the norm for me either.

They sent me a broken palette and it's been over a month with no resolution. I've called them and emailed them several times and each time there's no followup. Then they told me I can't get a refund because it was past 30 days but that is because they DON'T RESPOND. I spend thousands of dollars at Dior per year and review all their collections and this is how platinum members get treated.

Oooh I’m really liking that cool toned Dior palette. And unpopular opinion maybe… I love the Dior metallic lipstick! I got all of last year’s metallic lipstick and want all of the ones in that photo 🤷🏼‍♀️ what can I say? I’m a glutton for metallic lol. I’m so curious about Celine but might only be able to cough up the dough for one red lipstick lol. Hermes, hymn I love Hermes lipsticks but I’m going to refrain from their new collection and wait for your review. I will definitely buy the YSL blush whenever it releases. I can hardly wait. Same for the Prada quad. I hope they listen to you and do their powder in the special packaging. I adore their powder. It’s all I’ve worn since the day I got it! For me it’s worth every penny! The Dior holiday quints…they are a big no for me. They look to be in their regular powder formula. I absolutely love their baked gelee shadow formula, but their current regular powdered formula stinks imo. I don’t think it blends well. I have one I wished I’d returned. (I’m glad I have favorite color stories like Soft Cashmere in the previous formula with the push button packaging) I won’t buy another Dior quint with that regular formula until they change it. On top of that, the 2 new holiday quints look very old fashioned to me. I can’t compare them directly to any particular release, but with the shades and the embossing, they look like old quints from years gone by that you can find on eBay for $30.

I didn't do anything special to this video. I edited it as I always do and filmed in natural light with an iphone. Sometimes the lighting makes me more washed out or more saturated depending on where I sit and the time of day. There are no filters or anything like that applied. You won't believe what other people do to their videos!

Thanks for the video. I didn't see pictures of the Dior holiday lipstick in the bullet. They will have that gold packaging and that interests me. But the Plan de Paris quint I got in 30 Montaigne may be my holiday eye palette. These don't excite me. Chanel could bring us a holiday collection that's really glitzy. No leaks yet, that I've seen. Also, Chantecaille sometimes has beautiful holiday packaging, and I'm hoping they at least have a gorgeous powder or highlighter like last year's. I'm also Interested in seeing the YSL blushes.
