Thanks for a very thorough review, Sofia. Happy to see Cle de Peau come out with a soft color story that's not a variety of overly shimmery browns. The shades in this palette are neutral for day with a pretty pop of color for evening. The gorgeous art on a refillable palette is a holiday bonus!

Sofia, Thank you for your very detailed review! Can you please share what is the best way to wash sponge applicators that are typically included in CdP eyeshadow quads. I am a “brush snob “, however I agree 100% that using a sponge applicator really works great especially for the primer eyeshadow in CdP sets. Thank you!

Sofia, I’ve been waiting for this review! I love your take on the eye shadows, and think I will pick them up. I will probably have to go back and rewatch your tutorial when they come in. You turned me on to the Cle de Peau eyeshadow formula, but I only have one pallet, the something Driftwood you mentioned. I take that back. I also got the Caviar Pearls. You were so on point about the primer shade with my “vintage” eyelids. I like it so well, and it is so effective, that I use it under other eyeshadows. Please say you will review the Chantecaille Christmas collection I saw for the first time this morning. I am super interested in how this lipstick compares with that one since they look so similar. In my opinion, you are the BEST YT person out there. Sending hugs to Minnie and Luka!

Yes that is a great question. This one is a lot less glittery. The TF formula isn't bad but it's more dry and shiny. This would be a better option if you like softer shadows and a creamier texture :)

Beautiful! I have yet to see a lipstick shade that doesn’t look amazing on you! 😆 They all look so good! For the CDP luminizers, someone told me you have to use up the top layer which is a glittery overspray and then the subtle luminizer is underneath,…is that true for the ones you have too? Or maybe it depends on the shade

Ive never been interested in this brand as im not in the luxury tax bracket,but this packaging was exactly my aesthetics. Padtels and a pegasus? No way i wasnt getting something. I got the luminizers as i love highlighter. I may get the lipstick if i still want it and its available in a couple months.

Hi Sofia, The packaging is stunning but the pigmentation is very, very soft. Compared with this Chanel, Tom Ford or Hermes look like Pat McGrath eyeshadows. 😂 Highlighters and lipsticks are not my thing. This collection is an easy skip for me but I agree it looks beautiful. It’s a beautiful collection, but I pass. I want to enjoy what I already have , so I am not buying anything that would replace that. For this type of look, I would use Suqqu, a few years back Borealis cool tone quad and blush. It has similar vibes. I love that quad and used only a few times 😂 Have a blessed day🙏❤️

I watched this video, drove to nordstrom and bought 2 lipsticks. One for me and for my friend. I will gift it today. Hope she likes it. Also tried the eyeshadow and highlighter. As expected, highlighter is a no on my olive skin. Eyeshadow is ok. I just dont think i will use it enough to get the value. Also didnt feel like it was a good match with eyeshadow and lipstick.

I like this collection however the eyeshadows are not something I will buy. I would not wear those colors everyday and spending that much money I would not wear does not make sense to me. Why don’t they make these holiday palettes with colors people would actually wear on a daily basis.
