Baked these twice. My opinion is you don't need the icing or caramel. Perfect without. Also the rolls in the center don't bake as well. I have to try spacing them out a little so they bake evenly. I may cut the dough in half and make the buns half the size as well. Really good.

I have made these several times, and they have been a big success every time. Now, I am challenged to bake four batches. Has anyone made the dough in advance? Can it be kept in the fridge for a slow rise?

The cream that you pour on the rolls, is it the heavy cream before you bake it? Because I re- watch the video to make sure I did not miss it and I in print it was saying cream.
