Hi Barbara! I'm not sure exactly what went wrong, but you should definitely add cornstarch to the strawberry puree to make it thicker. And, when you're folding the whipped cream, make sure the mixture is at room temperature or slightly cold to avoid melting the whipped cream with any residual heat. And don't forget to chill the frosting in the fridge before using it. This way, the white chocolate and cream cheese will set and make the frosting nice and thick. 😊
