2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
100 g unsalted butter
50 g vegetable oil
220 g caster sugar
150 g milk
40 g lemon juice
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp lemon zest

225 g cream cheese
100 g icing sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Bake preheated oven at the 170 C for 25-30 minutes

แป้งเค้ก 200 กรัม
ผงฟู 2 ช้อนชา
เกลือ 1/2 ช้อนชา
เนยสด 100 กรัม
น้ำมันพืช 50 กรัม
น้ำตาล 220 กรัม
นมสด 150 กรัม
น้ำเลม่อน 40 กรัม
ไข่ 2 ฟอง
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
ผิวเลม่อน 2 ช้อนชา

วิปปิ้งครีม 500 กรัม
ครีมชีส 225 กรัม
น้ำตาลไอซิ่ง 100 กรัม
เกลือเล็กน้อย
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา

แบ่งใส่พิมพ์ขนาด 8 นิ้ว 2 พิมพ์

วิธีการอบ
อบไฟบน-ล่าง 170 องศา ประมาณ 25-30 นาที หรือกระทั่งสุก
