Nice bun , but my question is does anyone ever make the real old fashion bun any more. Those bun have a special texture and tastes not that I'm saying that these bun don't eat good but i would like tl see some real old time bun once more.

@@valskitchenjamaicanstyle973 Honey i really don't know the recipe i only know that in days gone the bun use to have a very special taste nothing like these nowadays not that i am saying that these doesn't taste good there's fine but i personally prefer the grandmother days more and i wish every day i could get it to eat with pears [avocado ] so that why i ask you saying just maybe you know then that way i could make it myself thanks for responding.

This i understand is that you have to knead the dough and use only yeast then set it for a while to raise but you mix the ingredients put in and knead so maybe that the trick to it instead of mixing.that what i get to understand so far because the one that mix and throw into the baking dish have a more cake texture to it just like how we would bake bulla cake we knead the dough and shape it. Thanks for putting up with me love your cooking it's really good the best.
