Soft Bread with delicious chicken curry filling, EASY hand kneaded bread

advice
- This recipe is suitable for hand kneading, not wet, stick to the hand.
- Chicken curry filling has a sweet taste, salty taste, when used to make a filling, the bread will go together well. If anyone who doesn't like it very sweet, gradually add sugar and salt. Season to taste.

Ingredients:
dough
● Bread flour 170 g.
● All purpose flour 40 g.
● 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
● Sugar 30 g.
● Instant yeast 1+1/4 tsp (if the temperature is very hot just add 1 tsp)
● 30 grams of beaten egg
● 105 grams of cold, plain milk.
● 20 g cold unsalted butter.
Chicken Curry
● Chicken minced or diced 200 g.
● Potato, diced (boiled) 100 g.
● 30 grams of diced carrots.
● 2 tbsp oyster sauce
● Salt 1/2+ 1/4 tsp.
● 2 tablespoons of sugar
● Curry powder 1-2 teaspoons
● Cornstarch (or no) 1 heaping teaspoon
The chicken curry filling has a sweet and salty taste. If you dont like it very sweet, slowly add sugar and salt. Season to your liking.
