Very delicious, soft cake that melts in your mouth. The caramel taste of apples in this cake is amazing, which when mixed with the aroma of cinnamon and apples, tastes heavenly, so definitely try it.
Ingredients or apple and cinnamon cake (caramel apple cake):
180 g Butter at room temperature
140 g sugar
50 g cream cheese
3 eggs
A teaspoon vanilla
180 g flour
A teaspoon baking powder
A pinch salt
3 apples
Cinnamon
Caramel (60 g sugar 60 g water)
Beat butter and sugar with a mixer (3-4 minutes), add eggs one by one and mix well , add vanilla and cream cheese and mix. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well with a whisk.
Cut an apple and put it on the bottom of the mold. heat sugar and water until it changes color and becomes caramel and pour it on the apples. Pour the cake ingredients on the apples. Chop the rest of the apples and mix with cinnamon and pour on the cake. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 for 1 hour.
