Nice to see yet another wonderfully made video. Myself I "fish" quite a bit...that catching part well in any moth you catch more than I do in 6-8months and I have 3 day weekends with the beach 30minutes of a drive away! It is the getting a break part that pays off, bonus is actually catching a fish. Thanks for posting, post when you find time again- as are always yes always enjoyable to watch and learn from.

I actually reduce the amount of hooks on my lures as well as their size. I try to harm the fish as little as possible. I removed all treble hooks from my hard baits and replaced them with good quality single hooks. Now it is much less dangerous for my landing net and myself as well as for small fish which I catch and can not keep.
@PaulAdamsTheHandmadeFisherman3 жыл бұрын
yep, i need to start thinking about single hooks as well
@Flederratte3 жыл бұрын
@@PaulAdamsTheHandmadeFisherman Thanks for your reply! I am very happy with them. No more entanglement in my landing net or clothes. Also a fish is safe to handle because there are no free hooks dangeling from its mouth. I also started using shorter jig heads after I cought some medium size zanders where the hook hurt their eye from the inside of the mouth because the hook shank was too long :/

So nice to have you back 😃👍🎣Your videos are a huge inspiration. The first lure making video i saw on youtube was one of yours. It was - Making Sand eel swim bait fishing lures for sea fishing, where you use Polymer clay. That video inspired me so much, and lead me into lure making. I have watched all of your videos and have bean a little worried that you never would make videos again. I am so glad that you are alive and back😃 You videos have inspired me so much that I now have my own lure making - fishing youtube channel, a webshop, and are working on that lure making and videos can be my full time job. Thank you so much for the inspiration! 👍🎣
