Soft Plastics Weave - School Community Arts and Environment Program

Students from Lyndale Greens Primary School enjoyed a workshop exploring how to make art recycling soft plastics.
Artists Cesar Marulanda and Phoebe Thompson guided as the students produced three woven panels. The Lyndale Greens’ school community will enjoy the artwork representing the school’s values; Heart, Hand, Head for years to come.
This event was part of the City of Greater Dandenong’s, School Community Arts and Environment Project, an annual program which educates and promotes the awareness of waste management and sustainable practices through creative workshops.
