Your art is always so exquisite and I love how your voice goes from a whisper to soft spoken in just an ever so subtle way, very tingle inducing.

Hi, I've enjoyed and am learning a lot from your videos, thank you. The one thing I'm perplexed over, is that you're instructing by doing, that it's ok to expose your skin to toxic resin by not wearing gloves?
@SilentCitadel9 жыл бұрын
+Christine Raj Read the toxicity warnings on your resin and make your own judgement. I'm not telling anyone to not wear protection, and hopefully people are intelligent enough to read the packages of their art supplies and make judgements for themselves based on the information provided, not on what some youtuber did or did not do.

Odd resin questions: How do you get it oug of the molds? Sprayed with something? How do you get it out of all of the mixing containers? In your sink? Wouldn't it eventually harden in the drain? Odd questions i know but logistically necessary lol.
@SilentCitadel9 жыл бұрын
misswhisperlove Not odd at all. I use silicone molds primarily because even so called resin molds are a freaking headache. I bought some mold release spray and it basically does NOTHING. I also tried cooking spray per an internet instruction page and it fogged my resin something fierce. the only thing I've found that works so far consistently and well is silicone, because it's so flexible.

Quick question, where did you get your artistic ability from? Was it self-taught? Did you take classes?
@SilentCitadel9 жыл бұрын
Kainoa Ignacio I took classes for sculpture, charcoal, and photography from an art college, but not for credit. 99% autodidactic, but I do read and study what other artists do a lot

Very nice! I love your videos! But you really should not touch that stuff wiith your bare fingers because the resin and hardener are toxic (even after combined) and I want you to be around a long time to keep making these fabulous videos and creations! :)
