The fur will fall out eventually if you constantly mess with it and the oils from your fingers gets in the fur. Just buy a toy fox. Fake taxidermy would do well with soft mounts but I would never use a real hide for this.

Its just their skin. They're treated with respect. Many people who love animals and wants to study them learns from taxidermy and skulls. Im gonna work with animals in the future : )

It’s taxidermy, it’s normal, they usually use already dead animals which died of natural causes or restores an animal that was dead and got short down.
