I can treanslate this one for you. You need to imagine, this dummy head is your head. Than Anna goes with salty water (if I get it right), which helps with cleansing and opening your chakras. "Ochischtam" means "I am cleaning", you see, she is very gently cleaning your crown chakra, third eye chakra and the neck chakra, which I don't know how is named in english. And very softly, Anna is taking away all your bad feelings, that get stucked on you. (I don't speak polish, I am czech. So I can be mistaken in some part of this. If so, I am very sorry. I still hope I helped. And I agree with EN video :).
