How do you solve a horse rooting and jaw crossing?

Sorry for being slow to get back to you. Rooting is probably best eliminated earlier in the process as part of lateral softness. Must confess, I don't know what "jaw crossing" is. Sounds nasty. Not quite sure what else to say about this. Thanks for your comments and keep watching. (Herm)
