I respect their opinions but i personally believe that the gender doesn't matter at all. We should look at the personality and how they can handle the pressure situations. That matters! Human can do any thing, and both are human , so why do we look towards gender.

I don't know how did they give that conversation topic also Most childish topic evere Even Std 1&2 kids wont like it I think it doesn't matter wether a man or a woman is boss What mattets most the person which is boss Should be Expeianced and should have discipline and onle last thing he should be understanding . If something goes wrong while making a project he or she should not jut go yelling or crazy on employees just try to understand exactly what has gone wrong and try to fix it asap , You are boss for a reason . In my opinion boss should be the person one with wise mind and kind heart . Thanks.

I will attend the GD in Nielseniq. Really I am nervous about that. This is my 1st GD session. I seen lot of GD I have some confidence. But even though I scared about it. With hope I will do my best in the GD.
