having a SR engineer that mentors me is easily the best thing about my current position. Your growth as an engineer skyrockets when you have someone guiding you to succeed. Amazing video Kevin.

Really excellent take. I’m incredibly fortunate to have started in your step 1, then after a few years moved to your step 2. It’s not FAANG, but I’ve got great mentors who genuinely care about my success and an OUTSTANDING testing & reviewing process that I’m incredibly grateful for. I’m beyond thrilled that you’re helping others figure out a similar path and setting expectations!

Trust me, as a software developer, you definitely don't like the Startup environment. Just stay in a big tech company, and try to get the amount of money you want, and finally, find a peaceful place to accompany with family. When you work at Startup, even if your personal abilities are very well, success is about the team, not a person.

1. Your vision should be aligned with that of startup. 2. If you dont have much previous experience with development and you are not flexible, you would face tough times at startup. But one thing's for sure, learning curve in a good startup >> Any big tech

Hi kevin. What happened to your leetcode Easy and Leetcode Medium playlists? I used to love working through them in order. I don't see them anymore. Have you made it for pay only now? I'm willing to pay. I need to prep for interviews now. Please let me know how I can access them again? Thanks.

I had watched your video and I remembered the times when I newly started to learn DS and Algorithms. And after that, I joined a startup for no salary to gain experience to get a real job. So, my words to the beginners, don't scare to make a victim of your first months to get real practice even if they don't want to pay you :)

I think there are lists you can lookup online that'll tell you the most lucrative languages, but I'd recommend just learning how to develop high quality software since demand for languages/technologies will change

the great layoff in many big MNC's happened last year and is happening this year too, also news of recession in 2023. Do you think this economic downturn will impact IT sector very badly for long term? I mean freshers coming to IT will they get job in next 7-8 months?
