Excellent description of the difference in graphic file types..I think. Many people don’t understand this and why some images are 1 while others are in a different format. You explained how the image type affects the embroidery file created in an easy to understand way-great job!

Any idea where the knit stitch shade might be found?

If you are referring to the knit stitch shape; that is a vector image that was drawn in the Corel software. You could probably do a Google search to find one.

I see that you also have Adobe Illustrator on your machine-which do you prefer for creating *.svg (I’ll and AI user still learning Designer PLus so if Corel and AI are pretty equivalent I’d rather not spend time learning a new program as I can import *.svg into the Corel version in designer PLus

Having so much fun with this tutorial. One issue I am having is when changing the colors in a segment of the wreath design, I have to go back and forth between selecting a segment and pick up the color. Am I missing something? Trying to watch you closely, but can't see what's going wrong. Also cannot save to PNG. Is there another option that will work?
