Thanks you. S21 was continuously updating one after the other I thought my phone was done and I just bought it. I read all these articles and phoned my carrier and they all made it sound like no hope. Thanks for the video. All caught up now.

I want to thank you for posting this video. This has helped me tremendously- I purchased an s10+ a few months ago and for some reason I never thought of updating it because its new. I started the update and I thought something was wrong with my phone. You saved me a lot of phone calling and running around. It took many many updates and hours (overnight updates) with a final update in the morning and finally it was complete.

My Galaxy tab s6 tablet has been like this all morning and totally screwed up my routine, I got worried because it kept updating for like an hour, I've owned this tablet for 2 years but then realized I haven't updated this thing in like months 🤣 I totally thought I was going to lose everything on my tablet seriously thank you! Helpful info except I couldn't find the number of updates using your suggested search. So I will just put the updates on pause, activate them when I go to sleep and trust that it will eventually end. Thanks!

AAAAARRRRRGGHHH! I was about to lose my mind!!! Update, restart, update successful, then update again, restart, update successful. repeat, repeat!! I had to update 5 times, then.....I'm good to go. Of course, there always has to be one problem child. I've had my Metro PCS Samsung phone for close to a year now and this has been going on since the very beginning. I can't tell you how many times it's told me to update my phone, but I've done it. I'm an idiot when it comes to this kind of stuff. All this to say, I bet you I've updated my phone over 50 times so far and it's still doing it. I just learned to live with it.

I just think the notice should at least have an identifier saying "AT&T" or "LG" update for your device, instead of "A new software update is available for your device". Last time I hit that youtube gave me the crap format I have now, and even forgot I was a premium member. Right after that down time they had early this month. grrr.

Yep this was exactly the problem. It doesn't give you the most recent one until you go through the install of the prior ones first. 10 updates later and I am now good to go.
