Keis One does one a day and his are all around 8 minutes and his channel has taken off the past few weeks. I’m sure you know more about the workings of KZbin that I do. Dangs used to be great for seafood. Always full and hard to get a table peak times.

I've been to that police station 2 times. 1 time for driving against traffic in a one way street, and then for not having a driving license, legal in Thailand. So I had to go there to pay a fine. And get my driving license back. Oh, and I'm always respectful towards the police.

Lost my wallet went to Police Statoin Soi 9. Sat with a Thai Police to make a statement. He stood up & said to me so now you have no money I replied no. He then got his own wallet out opened it and showed me a very large amount of cash stating he has much money unlike myself. How very strange this policeman's actoins where after my loss. I've allways noticed with Thai people when they have large amounts of cash they like to show it to all those around them. Strange human behavior.

G'day mate. My name's Rob. Pleased to meet you. Last time in Pattaya I enjoyed the Princess Karaoke Bar in Soi Buakhao, but I believe it's closed now. Do you know of any other good karaoke bars? I'm coming over in September. Probably staying at the Windy Inn, which is where we usually go. It's right down the far end of Walking Street, but it's amazingly quiet. I'm 76, and can't handle too much noise for prolonged periods, but I sure like a good sing-song. I'll drop into your bar for sure. Love your good advice. Cheers.

Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is the best I ever had and I drank a lot of that and rum when I holidayed there a few years back. I remember drinking the coffee but not the rum so much. I know I was drinking because there was always a running commentary about what I did the night before by resort guests the next morning. There's probably video of my escapades out there but I'm in no hurry to find them.

The best coffee is at 3am at your local convenience store. It was brewed 6 hours ago. No one has touched it. The level in the pot has gone down by an inch or more from heated evaporation. It's concentrated caffeine. Get a large cup fill it 2/3 with that crude oil. Cut it with actual cream, filling up to the top (not milk or half and half) and a lot of sugar. Shake or stir to your liking. Drink quickly and don't pay any attention to the pain from the lining of your stomach. Perfection! :)

I stayed at Bayview hotel with a group of mates on my last trip to Pattaya July 2017.i think we were in the old wing at the back.small but ok room.nice grounds and pool area.you can walk through to beach rd.my mate was kicked out of his poolside deck chair by a dumpy Russian woman.apparently the wet towel my mate threw aside was a reserved sign.couldnt get breakfast in the dining room,was overun with middle eastern families.one late afternoon a strong gust of wind blew through the open reception area, a large sheet of tiles fell off the wall.thai workmanship I guess.

Excellent video.Pattaya at Nine Hotel use to be called the The Green hotel,I stayed there for 10 years off an on,use to be alot of german retirees stayed there long time an at the end of that soi was a bunch of Beer bars on both sides of the road before you got to 2nd road.

I took a drive around east pattaya recently for the first time in probably 2 years I was shocked at the amount of shops cafes food stalls bars and restaurants that had closed we drove to Tesco in Pattaya and the amount of established businesses that have closed is frightening it's sadly going to be a long road back to recovery for Pattaya!

I stayed at the Bayview hotel in 1995 when I took my first holiday in Pattaya and I have stayed there twice after that. The hotel used to be the highest building in the area! 😁 The balconies are very small, but apart from that I have no complaints. I don't know about room prices because I always have a package deal with a Finnish travel agency and it includes the flights, transportation from Bangkok to the hotel and back plus the hotel, including buffet breakfast.

Quite like my Dolce Gusto Machine at home but the capsules are quite pricy. Outside of Starbucks, I dont think I've had a decent coffee in Thailand yet. Normally half full and loads of froth. Only way round it is to order the largest one. Not to worry though. About 1/3 of the price of a takeaway coffee back home!

Inflation is hitting the food shops in Thailand. Expect to start to see some 8--14% in price rises on many foodstuffs and food products! Cafes, and restaurants will have to 'pass it on' they cannot 'absorb' extra costs any longer! Sad but true!

It's already happened. Pork, chicken, etc has already jumped up over 35% from a year ago. Luckily the most important commodity - beer, has been relatively stable. Only, approximately 20 baht/box over the last 3 years - for now.😩🍺

@@simoncooper2427 We are both correct……. National anthem and respect for the flag and King. Twice a day, at 08:00 and again at 18:00, the national anthem is played by all Thai media outlets. Thais stop what they are doing and stand at attention to pay homage to the flag during the anthem. Students in school stand in front of the raised flag and sing the national anthem at 08:00 every school day. The practice dates from 1935 when the regulations for the raising and lowering of the colours was published in the Royal Gazette. The Flag Act of 1979 decreed that those who do not observe the custom by standing in silence during the anthem are subject to a fine of up to 2,000 baht and not more than one year in prison.

roasted coffee beans, (as fresh as you can get them) grind them put them in a french press and pour..... anything else is not coffee :) add fluffy milk if you like or just milk and sugar if you like :)... but just plain freshly made is the key :)

Love the fruit in Thailand watermelon pineapple dragon fruit and the pomelo so fresh the veg is the same. Cant believe you have not eaten in that Chinese its one of the best seafood place s around eat there every trip at least once a fortnight

Used to love stayin baron beach for its location. Trademark is their bright red sofa in lobby. Rooms r big but charges for xtra guests. Breakfast std dropped alot too. 2 blks, one low season they chuck me into the rear blk at the very end rm, bad feelin, ask 4 chg, they ok. Otherwise the recpt usually fine, believe others in agoda had very neg exp. Oso their price crazy at times. I paid us$40 max w bf. Las stay 2016. Too many competitors. Hilton for sure is highly preferred, esp the breadtakin cafe and room. I only stay when they havin promo. $200.

At the movies, not only is it bloody cold, and we have to stand for the video of the king, but be careful that the movie you see (or a Mrs chooses) has got subtitles.... I ended up watching frozen 2 without subtitles.... Needless to say I sat through it rolling up some cigarettes for the second I got out

I have a combo of coffees wake up 3 in one to kick start the system then later on Cappuccino and if partying late at night a black Americano extra shot. Never been up soi 9 but now with a guided tour nice maybe because had to bail out one to many drink mates who are angry drunks so tend to avoid anywhere near a police station.

The best eggs at Pattaya is from those street vendor, they boiled egg few mins, put a plastic cup, add black pepper and soy sauce, yummy and give power for whole day.
