London Buses 1999-Harrow on the Hill Station/Bus Station

THE JON HARRY COLLECTION
A film now from the collection of a now departed friend. Having seen my videos taken since 1985 he was inspired to go out and buy his own video camera and get filming. I have been digitising them and converting the Video8 tapes to MP4. This upload shows some bus action at Harrow Bus Station with routes 114, 140, 182, 183, 186, 258, 340 & H11. We see Metrobuses, Leyland Olympians, Volvo Olympians, a Leyland Titan, a new Trident, a Dennis Dart and a Mercedes. Harrow was once in Middlesex before it became part of London. I haven’t been to Harrow.

When I lived there the postal address was Harrow, Middlesex. As far as I know, it still is.

Even London couldn't avoid some single door buses slipping through. Was this at or near where that 1982 footage of Harrow with T 102 on a 186 was shot?

I have no 1982 footage, i didn't get a vid camera until 1985.....

No, i didn't ever do Wembley, i think all the RM routes had gone by the time i got a vid camera.....
