Hi JH. Thank you for your feedback. We're learning as we go along and will definitely be more mindful of this. We're trying to strike a balance between giving the guest enough screen time (remember these are real people, not professional speakers and we want them to feel appreciated) and make sure we get an adequate amount of the cooking as well.
@JH-dd9nx4 жыл бұрын
@@PassingItOn Your response is appreciated and noted. Be mindful that your recipes and videos are also mainly to teach and share and not so much about making the guest the purpose for your amazing videos 😁🙏🌹if we are to learn we need to be able to view each step instead of watching the outside of the pot. Thank you kindly once again😁🙏

You usually add eggs for semolina as its rougher. When making with taystee wheat no need for eggs

Hi tried it and it came out perfect just like a good wedding Soji. Just one Question ingredients said 1l but only used 500ml did i miss something.
@PassingItOn4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your feedback. The dish can use anything between 500ml to 1Lt of milk, depending entirely on the texture of the mixture and your ingredients. For example, sometimes the mixture would be dry and would use more milk or if you use semolina, it would require more than 500ml of milk. It's best to have 1Lt on hand to be safe
@ranipillay29663 жыл бұрын
I also noticed that I used 500ml to mix the mixture then added the rest shortly after. Whilst the pot was off the stove .

Soji is soaked over night, left to drain for an hour and the thick water squeezed out is used instead of soji.
@lornajagernath6946 Жыл бұрын
It will be helpful for your camera person films process of the soji in the pot as it is getting cooked instead of the chef. It's a good recipe though thanks 😊
