Mark, I just wanna say that I have been following your videos since the beginning of your journey and you've come a long way. I know it creates a challenge for many of your viewers to watch you eat raw meat but I think it's the mark of an incredible mind and spirit for cultural diversity to try a different foods without necessarily entertaining the practice of eating it on a routine basis. I know there are many things we eat here in states that other countries might find repulsive. So I say thank you for strength to try it and share it with us.

I'm from Korat. I'm glad that you like it! Normally, they add some เพลี้ย (digested food from cow's intestine) which gives a bitter taste (of bile salt, I guess) and it goes very well with the raw beef. If they don't have เพลี้ย, I guess they add rice liquor instead.

Steven Thomas I'm not defending him. I'm defending the dish. Tiet canh in Vietnam is blood's duck and idk about this Thai's dish but, if the sauce is on the plate, I think the sauce is eatable. And finally, I didn't say something mean to you, your answer is really impolite and immature...
