Nice one Barndog. Iv'e been using Dfit for a couple of months for free using Google fit to track walking. 1 free token for a 30min walk. Just that 30min minimum time frame has me walking further then i used to.

it's funny how even that one token can change your habits - I was doing a 27 min run on some days and increased it to 30m, not I'm a Club member so the minimum times are 20min

I'm having issues withdrawing DEFIT from Ferrum to Polygon. Is that the same issue you were mentioning?

They mention some kind of bridge from ETH to Polygon, I am no where near an ETH specialist, you may need to check their discord with one of their Mods for help on that one :)

you can use multiple m2e at the same time. I am using STEPN, Genopets and now Defit all under my normal daily exercise

That's awesome, you're around the same energy in STEPN as I am, I'm around the 32.0, but I walk 7 days and run 4-5 days currently as I put myself on a lighter workload since coming home in November from the marathons, it's bloody hot as well which is funny I was thinking some countries need to plan what to do in Winter, we need to plan what to sdo in Summer and the wet season up here. I'll leave working out the ROI to you mate, for me it's not entirely about ROI, it never was with STEPN either. You can see the current tokenomics vs daily rewards, I will try to keep updates of what I'm getting in my regular video feeds

There are phone options like Suunto and Google Fit that can track and record, or theres a long list of wearables you can use as well

@Francisco Goncalves all good mate, I've tested both watch and Suunto on phone, they both work well. So depending on the type of exercise you do, it's easy to find a fit for it.

DEFIT's biggest issue right now for me is its on-boarding experience and ux in general, i found it to be quite a overcomplicated and buggy process to get things started, especially if you're using an Apple Watch...they make you do lots of manual settings changes in the phone rather than it all being automatic. I'm sure they'll fix it with time :D

I don’t like this project. You have only 6 hours time to bank your workout. I have missed countless times to bank in time and lost workouts. It doesn’t work natively with Apple Watch. You can only bank one workout at day because you’re on cooldown and the worst part is as a walker you earn absolutely nothing. It just makes sense for biking if you want to get out the most. I can’t recommend it at all and I’m just waiting till the coin goes up so I can sell and get my ROI back

sorry to hear mate, you aren't the first to say you don't earn as a walker, but in essence you are still earning something, and you could always push yourself and challenge yourself to workout harder, in essence that's one of the project aims to get people fit and healthy. I walk 7 days a week, and run 4-5 in the evenings, I won't be changing my workouts to suit, rather using this within my own system. My Silver walk today earnt me 13.1x DEFIT, so yes that's a couple of years ROI, but like I say for me it's a part of getting fit along the way, and watching the whole ecosystem grow

That's the thing isn't it. I agree it's all risk, am I sure 100% - no. I've had live calls with the Founder, I've been in and amongst the community and that, but ultimately we all need to pick what we enter, and where to get info from and is it skewed in any way. This isn't a paid video nor position, it looks good to me so far, but I'm only a Silver member, you can't withdraw any tokens yet, and they haven't done a full VC fund raise. The tokenomics are the biggest concern initially, they need to show how they'll do it differently.

@sirtien it's something everyone will need to come to terms with, me personally I sold ETH shoes and moved the money into Silver Club Membership on Defit.
