This guitar was necessary... Floyd Rose with the inlays. It is too low profile because it's black. IMHO, Solar has it all for the modern metal player. Lineup only needs better finishes, such as Quilted Blood Red Burst Gloss or that stuning Borealis Blue Sky Gloss. Probably buying this model next year, nonetheless. I didn't like the headstock for the tele inspired model, but that Aged Natural Matte / Distressed one? Man, it looks like a lumberjack's guitar, something raw and manly... Loved it! Keep bringing guitars with any kind of inlays (beginners love them and even advanced player, for the aesthetics) and with those beautiful and creative finishes for a good price, delivering the same quality control with the best components and this brand will be as huge as ESP, Ibanez etc. It is currently one of the only brands where you get what you pay for. TY Ola for filling the hole that was left by Washburn in that department!
