Thank you Jon for this update, I saw this coming and wondered how the consumer reaction would look like, I am very happy with my 15Kw system, the performance is outstanding and well worth the investment. Saying this, I would not recommend solar under the auspices and bad practices many door knockers practice. Perhaps you can shed some light as to what changes are coming in the market, I'd like to understand what consumers are willing to pay for. Thanks again Jon.

I am happy for you my friend. Getting a good solar system is great for you and the planet. As long as we can spot the bad actors, we are on the right path. The bigger companies that usually condone bad sales practices have been bitten hard by delinquencies and they are per force having to change their solar sales practices.
