We introduce to you the 3rd video in a 7 part Chakra cleansing sound bath series for short meditations to balance the Chakras. In this third episode, we will be focusing on our Solar Plexus Chakra, associated with the note E, located directly below the sternum and over the stomach. This is your center self-worth, self-esteem, confidence, personal power and freedom of choice. If we feel out of balance in any of these areas, this sound bath is designed to help us reconnect with ourselves and realign this power center. Feel the connection with your core and focus your attention on your Solar Plexus, releasing tension in this area. Remember to breathe deeply into these frequencies and allow them to clear your mind.

I can’t tell you enough how much this has helped me. I often have really bad digestive problems. So I decided to look up sounds for stomach problems and this popped up. From THE FIRST SOUND made my stomach muscles begin to relax almost immediately I couldn’t believe it, I had to look it up!! I didn’t realize I had so much tension an imbalance in that area It felt like such a huge release the feeling is almost overwhelming! I’ve been tooting💨 and crying🥲 for absolutely no reason lol I can’t thank you enough❤️ please do more focusing on the Solar Plexus chakra
