i think most koreans would enjoy mmm songs cus they actually understand the words, and they appreciate it more. compared to international reactions, since like for example if there are no subtitles, they rely on the music, the vibe and the mv... and sometimes it doesn't straightaway show that in mmm vids, and then intl reactors get confused even more. moreover, a lot of people were disappointed in this song? like they expected more explosion, which I personally expect also, but this was new and I actually really liked it.

I like Spit it Out,but I certainly don't love it. Of the other 3 solos debuts (Wheeins Easy, Hwasas Twit, and Moonbyuls Eclipse) it is probably my leave favorite. as it is mostly just carried by Solar being the queen of queens, flexing on her loyal subjects

I really liked the message of the song. Actually I felt it isn't about her being a queen, but about how passionately you feel towards the things you love to do. When you feel that passionate, what others say does not affect you. All you have to do is to stay true to that motivation and express it. In doing so, we view her as a queen, but that isn't what she's trying to be. I also really loved what David pointed out, the contrasts in what she's saying and how chill the melody is. To me, it is a very interesting song with a lot to unpack.

I actually liked Solar's the most out of the solos. Although Twit had a more interesting introspective message, Spit It Out is just a bop and showcases new sides of Solar's voice, her vocal fry husky voice. The video is also just outstanding in quality, shots and outfits. The buildup to the last chorus was more fulfilling too than the other songs, and the backup vocals really played a part.
