This is a great step in the right direction. Gotta start somewhere, and this is a wonderful starting point for a better solution.

Seems there was a push for these between 2010 and 2013. After 2013 I guess they won all their contracts. Also the need to use handles to open them aged badly because of accessibility and hygiene.
