Hi, if I want to use more than 12kw battery I need to use 2 inverters or there is a way to expand it?

yes it can ,1 unit battery is 3kw, normally 4unit battery in 1 inverter can work no need addition item. if more , can use battery parallel box.

for 4 Batteries they are all connected in series through the BMS so only one inverter and one BMS is needed for up to 4 batteries for a total of 12 kWh

You need to use a different product. Try IES from Solax which can expand to 30kWh
