I’m 26 now and had that car in the v6 engine for 5 years (or less, but it feels like for ever)… I hate it. It’s your safe grandpa car, boring to look at, lots of space inside you’ll never get to fill coz you drive alone. Hard to find spaces to park, thirsty engine… If you love your children and they like cars (or life) don’t get them an Accord. This thing kills you from the inside

I got the v4 model, same color and trim but with black leather seats inside. It's pretty reliable car though, would easily outlast the v6. Also the 2011 Accord was rated as one of the most reliable Honda accord models by consumers. Yeah a v6 would definitely consume more gas than the v4.

I have always loved this generation Accord. It’s just such a good looking sedan, and to my eye it was the best looking Accord ever designed. The two things it needs; has to have the V6, and has to be modified with a double DIN Apple Car Play head unit along with a module to connect to the steering wheel controls. I paid cash for a 2010 yesterday after driving Lexuses as my daily driver for the last ten years. I’m no longer in need of a $600 monthly car payment. Boring? I don’t think so, and I still have my Mercedes SL500 in the garage as my escape vehicle.

I miss my Accord Coupe, it lasted 23 years until I was hit from behind. Only routine maintenance and oil changes every 3,000 miles, original clutch. Hondas esp one with a manual transmission are fun to drive. My Camry was reliable but dull.

I had to laugh a little, because my grandparents/fam owned a lot of 70s, 80s, 90s GM/Ford like some you reviewed in previous videos, and as cool as it was to have a big boat of a car, Honda made a better built vehicle quality, and reliability wise. I had family who worked in GM assembly plants, and they couldn't deny that fact. Yawn all you want, but the time for that 2011 Accord to reach 60 is much faster than a GM/Ford product that probably took 12seconds or more to hit 60mph.

My bud had to get an accord when he couldn't afford the insurance on his Camaro anymore. He seemed so miserable and defeated after that. I think he got desperate to have something interesting, because he covered it in vinyl wrap and brightly colored stickers with Japanese words on them. I swear the people that really mod these things secretly hate them, and that's why they alter the appearance so much. You never see that with Camaros. Also for all their talk of reliability another friend has owned two and had nothing but constant problems. Had a Pontiac Sunfire of all cars before that, and even that car he had fewer issues with. I don't know, if I really wanted a regular sedan I'd probably go with the Impala. At least they're nice to look at.

Got the exact same year and color but mine has black leather seats inside and it's a 4 cylinder model. According to Scotty Kilmer it's one of the most reliable Accords released by Honda. I bought it used at 168,000 KM and it runs so smooth since it was properly maintained at the Honda dealership by the previous owner. I would advise that you get your windows tinted since I did the same and my car looks pretty sick now. Installed that latest nano ceramic tint which keeps my car cool in the summers.
