Loved the palm trees and the huge cactus in the yard. I remember "ice boxes" so the stove and fridge would be fine with me. The hidden away laundry area was great too.

They probably couldn't afford to update but a lot of the appliances were old like the Besil on the TV was wide indicating the TV was addlest ten years old. If you could get them to knock off about five thousand off the price to upgrade appliances it would be worth it.
