This is very nice, well maintained, and has a reasonable price and lot rent. Can scorpions roam around freely around your house, and can they get in like a common house fly?

It's amazing how well these 77s have held up. Mine here in Oklahoma has a lot of similarities to that one. I still have the original furnace and AC system, and all these years it's never let me down

Well the lot rent is cheaper than most places here and the golf cart is a nice bonus and the price of $23.900 is a bargain so some old couple would do good buying this one or a single person cuz it's not really that big but it's worth the price for sure 👍😊

I would like to have it on my own property i can't see buying a home and still have to pay for it to sit on someone elses property and pay rent i just can't see doing that but if you don't have your own land then I can see why cuz the price of the place is well worth it but by time you pay lot rent for years your really getting ripped off after so many years just my opinion but anyway great job on the video and it's worth it if you didn't have to pay all the lot rent after a few years you'll be paying more lot rent then you paid for the place just something to think about if you're going to buy a mobile home buy yourself a lot also and save a lot of money in the long run 😮

Id live there, illinois is boring. Thats HUGE for 500 a month... here even ghett0 950sqft 1 bed apartments are 1100. 1400 for a nicer suburb one. Houses rent for like 4k a month for a normal family home.

Do not buy any homes or land on you tube .not saying all is scams but some are. The goverment has warn us to watch out for scams. Scammers are selling propertys during seasons when owners are away from property. They make up fake papers, and never send any money to hold anything that's a sign of a scam. Always ask for there names and business they are with and call to see if they work for them and if that property is listed with them and ask for a pic of realtor to be text to u and never never send any money.
