Can't help what Axalta calls the paint color. I agree. It looks like hi lighter yellow, but they call it Neon Green. And I can't make any promises about the whiskey.

If you get it converted to CARB Compliant and add the California Clean Idle sticker, then yes you can register in California. However, this either has to be done at the factory or before you take delivery of the truck new.

They're not cool colours, they're terrible colours... gimmicky. Medium dark arcadia blue is a classy colour for a 579.
