I think it would be helpful in these videos if you guys were able to mention if Amazon delivers to any of these places or other delivery services like instacart. Or if you're able to get an Uber there. I imagine some of the further out places that's maybe not possible. But I'm sure it's available the other ones. It would be nice to know because that's kind of a deal breaker for people with chronic illnesses who aren't able to get out and about as much

Beautiful, but the ATV trail is a deal breaker. Who'd want strangers lurking around inside their property? How do you fence the whole lot? Why provide access to anyone?

Thanks for the comments. We use drones on most properties assuming the weather is appropriate and it is legal for our licensed pilots to fly in the location.

Basically 94 acres that stretches only 450 feet wide the entire length of the property . It is kind of a weird set up if you wanted to hunt or build a rifle range on . Maybe in the back of the property a range would be fine to build. Hunting you shouldn't have a problem though . Plenty of place to hang stands on

Land prices in Maine have doubled in the last 4-5 years, most of that is what I call Covidflation.

It's not that land prices have doubled it's the dollar buys less . Look at food prices and don't believe what the Bidenomics says about inflation at only 5% . If you look at every food item in a grocery store it is up 30% in the last three years . If it sold for a dollar 3 years ago it's cost $1.30 now or more . The real number of inflation is 30%
