Can the trees or branches of trees blocking the ocean view be cut back or down? Do the bathrooms have doors and do the toilets empty into tanks which have to be brought elsewhere on the property to be emptied and composted or do they empty into holes in the ground beneath the house? How does the toilet composting work?

Toilets goes to bucket and bucket is taken out to composting pile. yes if you desire to cut or prune the trees, you can. Bathrroms have doors and are private thanks for watching our videos.

It all depends on location and if land is vacant or with trees, water access, eletrical. I would say around $2000 to $4000 per manzana = 1.75 acres. Cost of construction would be approx $70 per feet, all depends on finishes. Best to buy a home for sale cost to buy is lower than cost to contruct in todays market

I don’t understand the no window concept. What about flying creatures? They don’t enter inside the house? How safe is it to live where anyone can enter your house? As a single woman, I would be afraid of this.

Good question, we have many homes that are open air concepts, some like it others dont. This home happens to be owned by a single professional lady and she has had zero issues with any person wanting to come into the property. Its well guarded with fencing, dogs and a caretaker.

Really not that big of an issue the few times we have been there we saw none. We use non evasive like nim oil to protect the home.
