Nicaragua is for a laid back lifestyle. enjoy nature, your family, peace. lots of physical activity and very affordable to travel within the C4 and explore. Perfect for retirement for Canadians and Americans on pensions.

You express my feelings exactly. However our sense of desperation can be an Achilles Heal. Especially for us older folks when it comes to conveniences, healthcare, accessibility, and above all, the challenge of high heat and humidity that can wear you out, even with the alternative of being confined in air conditioning, especially in Managua.

honesty is refreshing. especially about the lack of liquidity .. i vistited granada. was amazed. its like walking and living in a museum. i had a 200k budget there. many folks selling their airbnbs. most have updates but proce tags that far surpass the rental marjet there... that fundmental transends all markets. if i can rent a like property for 1500 (wifi, ac, maid, repairs includes), why would i pay 200k for it. ill visit SJDS next time. ibe looked at homes there online. tye cheapest thing i saw that would be suitable was 285k for ocean view home that needed some repairs/updating

My family is from there, my mother decided to go back before Ortega took over. They are holding people hostage as political prisoners, arresting catholic priests, and removing freedom of press and speech. People are trying to leave the country and selling their properties and there are no buyers. That woman lied in the video, her husband must be associated with the communist party. Totally misleading.
