Ingredients Chicken skin (chicken breast skin) 1,000 grams Crispy flour 5 tablespoons Salt 1 1/3 teaspoons Pepper 2/3 tablespoons Garlic powder 2/3 tablespoons Water 100 ml How to make Use a knife to cut the chicken skin into pieces of suitable size, not too short or too long. Then wash it with clean water. Put the chicken skin in the freezer to make it very cold.When it has cooled down, put the chicken skin in a mixing bowl and start marinating the chicken skin by adding the tempura flour, salt, pepper, and ground garlic. Then slowly add water and mix everything together well. (The flour should not be too thick or it will stick to the chicken skin a lot, which will make the chicken skin not as crispy when fried.)Place the bowl of marinated chicken skin in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes or overnight. When the time is up, heat up a pan with enough oil to cover it. Turn on high heat and warm the oil until hot. Slowly drop the chicken skin in one piece at a time until all are used up. Leave it and fry until the chicken skin starts to set.When it starts to set, use a spatula to separate the stuck-together chicken skins, and stir the chicken skins periodically so that every piece of chicken skin is evenly coated with oil. When the chicken skin starts to dry and turns golden brown, puffy and crispy, reduce the heat to medium-high and continue frying for another 12-15 minutes.When the oil starts to boil down and the fried chicken skin is crispy and golden brown, remove it from the oil and drain until it cools completely. That shop have the door I went bought something inside the shop no smell at all only outside but anyway in Thailand we are kind and friendly so we didn’t mind or mention about that for sure not everyone but almost. Thank you for your comment 🙏🙏😊😊
