The production value of this channel is very high and it is a pleasure to watch this chef with his expressive hands make creative dishes. But I find the titles to these videos to be extremely misleading.

I agree. Unfortunately, this is not the only cooking channel that does the same thing. It’s infuriating. The title will say “This is great! You’re gonna love it! We eat this every day!” But - they don’t tell viewers the name of the dish (or dishes) they’re making!!! Why do they do this?!? It makes it nearly impossible to find it again later, even though I have a list of saved cooking videos. 🙄
