What I love best - aside from all the yummy ingredients, is that these are pretty much hand made..No machines, except of course, for the mixers. Real people, very skilled ones I must say, are there, doing the work of crafting these lovely desserts.

Just look up here on KZbin and type in the words “stop using the word amazing”. You’ll see what I mean. The other word people need to stop using is “epic”. Usually a lot of guys use that word. We call it a chiffon cake here in the US, great recipe! Only thing I would have done different was to use a strainer in the beginning with the eggs to avoid the extra step of removing yolks. Thank you for sharing.😁
