I never comment on videos, but I just loved the ignorant hater comments and had to chime in 😂 I have a '98 xj with 120k, bone stock, almost perfect paint and straight rust free body in Utah. The worst thing is a sagging headliner. Multiple people have offered me $10k cash. Offered $12k twice. Only reason I haven't taken them up on the offers is because it was originally my grandfather's, and it'll stay an heirloom as long as I'm around. I think $4200 for this one was fair and I'd believe you if you said that's what you got for it. People are mad that there's a large market with genuine enthusiasts, with the money for stuff like this.

@ up here you can’t find a TJ that has a torque box. They are all toast the x-rays. They are completely gone in the floors to where the subframe connects. They rot out before they die.

@@the_jolly_rubicon So funny enough, I am watching a TJ on the insurance auctions from Maryland. It appears to be very very clean. The last one I bought from out there I kinda took the idea with the amount of money the spent modifying it, it CAN'T be rusty.. I was right. This one I am wondering the same, it has at least $5k in suspension - certainly it isn't a pile of garbage...
