Decided to sell the Tacoma and build a 2001 Mercedes Benz G400! 4.0 V8 twin turbo diesel! We did a complete 4” lift new Alpha Equipt wheels, 35x12.5 Yokohama Geolander M/T and a ikamper 3.0!! Hope you enjoy

@@brentw331 check out some used early 2000s models. If you’re in the budget for a 5 year old Jeep, a mid 2000s model G is in the same ballpark and has all the same features and more!

I have a 2002, i had 24" rims (not off road) ,then went back to 18". The wheels felt so heavy, the odometer readind was slower. I like what you did. I want to fo the same but wonder if it will drive better or worst? This will be a day to day truck

Do you remember if this is the stock exhaust sound for a G400? I thought only the ones with the side exhausts have that V8 rumble (G55/550/63). A stock G500 sounds pretty boring. Thanks.
