I sent you a message after you bought the Polar Bear. I will bet it's a German Heubach figure. They made animals like it. Their bisque figurines were great quality and highly collectible also. Many piano babies were made in the Heubach factory.

I looked up Jackalope and they seem to sell. Rabbits like chicken, steer and deer are food products, not killed for feathers or fur. Leather etc is a by-product of the food industry. Hides and feathers could be thrown into a landfill but humans have been using everything for millinnia.

Jocelyn, if you would buy rice bowls (with the rice grains in the pottery) I would buy them from you. I had a set from the early 80s that I used all the time and they eventually all broke. I was shocked at what they were selling for on eBay when I recently went to replace them!

I said this when I saw the original video but I really appreciate your morals in putting back the jackalope. I hate Chinese furred animals. Many are made of dog fur. Any fur is bad but dog fur especially breaks my heart. Maybe that’s hypocritical of me I dunno but it’s how I feel.

Rabbit pelts come from meat farms..like leather comes from beef stock....the fur from animals not used for food is a problem for me also..but don't feel bad for buying rabbit fur honey

Jocelyn I'm so sad...our local Goodwill caught fire about 2 weeks ago and even though fire was out soon EVERYTHING had to be tossed because of smoke damage.
