Agreed. Construction costs aren't cheap nowadays, especially for a luxury house. Even if you set a budget, usually costs end up going over the limit 🙏🏻

For anyone wondering, houses aren't cheap today🙂. Apart from the cost to buy the land, construction costs for a luxury house can range from between 15,000 LKR to 25,000 LKR per/sqft. This house is approximately 4000sqft so do the math 🙏🏻Plus, there is also the architect design fee and other miscellaneous costs incurred
