Soldering a CAP pack on the Flycolor 150A esc for the ProBoat SonicWake 36" @ May 2020

I agree very good add on..I've added them to my 150A flycolor and I haven't fried it on 6s lipo😊👍

That's what i am trying to achieve! Just need to put it on water...but that will take time...as the covid19 lockdown is still going... buhhhhhhhhhhhh :(

@@TargetingXmod_RC hopefully your ESC will be all good with your cap banks..I added cap banks from a Hifei swordfish 300A ESC from offshore electrics was cheap and now the 150a is performing better than a Seaking 180A ESC but I did timing for the motor also.. Vivid yes it's bad overseas..were in New Zealand here seems to have squashed it..I hope you guys are ok over there

would these be the same caps that are used inside car audio amplifiers? if so I already have some fairly large ones I could use. il actually make up a pack tonight and install in my boat

Just ordered my Seaking 180 ESC from OES but not I am trying to find a Leopard 4074 /1650kv but having a lot of trouble trying to find one in stock on the web, everyone is sold out. How does the 4082 fit compared to the 4074 motor?

why you need it more cap? if the esc have all ready 3 cap pack , the wire get hot?

You know car audio? What a capacitor does to the eletric system? If you know you Will have them in everything who as power to deliver. What they do is Simple backup power...they revamp the power to levels we love and need. When having them power never fails... Also RC car speeders never Run without them cause they use excessive brutal gearing...and without them esc's just burn...with them they can survive a Run!! That's it....

I'm running same flycolor 150 amp esc in my sonic wake also. and I run it on 6s lipo, can someone please tell me what the cap bank does, amd why I need it if the esc says it can handle 6s already. i actually built my sonic wake myself, i bought the empty hull off ebay and some of the hardware, but all of the electronics were mine from previous boats. I'm running a turnigy 4074 1400kv motor, a flycolor 150 esc. and a 35kg servo. this is the first time seeing someone add a cap bank to the esc. if someone cam explain what it's for I'd greatly appreciate it. and then im sure il be adding one to my setup.

I never knew about them for RC's tho. so where can I find these caps and how many do you recommend me installing on the same flycolor esc. 5 like the video? where can I buy these small caps to add to my esc
