What’s awesome is that he can retire from the military with a pension for the rest of his life and have health insurance for the rest of his life, as well, plus another check from the VA if he has any issues when he is at least 38. Plus a ton of other benefits.

The barbers on post r usually gold when it comes to cuts like that. They typically only do 3 types of haircuts prolly 50 times a day so theyve had plenty of practice! I miss getting cuts like that for less then $10 every week

@@_Boobz I injured my back in the 5th grade and I had to go to the chiropractor three times a week for about a month and half. The first time I went I cried when he cracked my back but every time after it felt amazing and just got better.

I turn 24 in a couple of days and my chiro said I've got one of the stiffest backs in town. I'm a hair stylist and I work full time with chronic scoliosis and a crooked pelvis. I wish my chiropractor spent as much time with me as you do though. Ugh. Would make such a difference.

I cracked my brothers neck two days ago and I he is so relaxed that he has been sleeping for two days. He is starting to smell so I am trying to wake him up so far it has been unsuccessful. Well at least he is relaxed.

Damn his back did bruise...my chiropractor does that to my arms. Hurts like a bitch when he does it but then I have zero pain for weeks after. He will feel so much better in the next couple days

I am super impressed with the amount of effort this doctor puts into ensuring her patients get the best adjustment she can get them. It’s not a 5 minute adjustment, a pat on the shoulder, and a see you in three weeks.

You definitely need to give it a try. I used to have back pain all the time 4-5 days a week. And I started going just this month omg so good. I do not have back pain anymore. But I am still going to look for better one. Maybe a Dr. Mondragon version here in Houston

If you can't afford a chiropractor - or even if you can- try yoga. There's great KZbin channels you can search for different issues. It helps me so much. A week without yoga and my body is in agony.

I think he's just super tense from either never deep stretching and relaxing in a jacuzzi to relax the muscles after a tense work out or the heavy active duties, he looks like he constantly carries tension but never relaxes the muscles. ❣️ Thank you for your service 👍
