What’s awesome is that he can retire from the military with a pension for the rest of his life and have health insurance for the rest of his life, as well, plus another check from the VA if he has any issues when he is at least 38. Plus a ton of other benefits.

I think he's just super tense from either never deep stretching and relaxing in a jacuzzi to relax the muscles after a tense work out or the heavy active duties, he looks like he constantly carries tension but never relaxes the muscles. ❣️ Thank you for your service 👍

WOW - such an amazing random video to pop up on my youtube selection - this subject has always fascinated me - what the human body can put up with, incredible - i love this - i suffer from Fibromylagia myself and know many folks that also suffer - few of us have noted here in the UK that Chiropractors don't do enough - ie harder sessions - we noted that a severe session like this is required - the pain is extreme and not something we can self inflict but when done properly wow, yes that feeling of lightness, like being reborn almost, the body free of all aches and pains, i suffer badly with aching neck, (less recently) continual shoulder and back pains, backside, pretty much all over extending to the legs, i have had chiropractice on my body many times, but never sure how often to continue treatment, i even tried acupuncture but symptoms return, i have tried some of the exercises covered in this vid, but think i need to do more often, i found a tennis ball under the shoulder blades and extend the arm back over the head while laid down works a treat, that pain is agony, but like your service man here, its a good pain, the benefits show
