More dense muscle mass generally means more pain, which might explain it. He is generally fit but a bit skinny. Massage therapists have said that more often than not it's the petite women who ask for it to be extra hard and deep, for which there also was some explanation but I dont really recall atm. Skinnier people find it more pleasant to get deep tissue while the muscular tend to find it necessary but not quite so pleasant.
@sabreyes_

@@_Lumiere_ That's very true!! Im actually petite and I LOVE deep tissue, I do also ask the masseuse to give the hardest pressure that they can, and I prefer the elbow even. I found it weird that I love hard massages considering my body type. Very curious

This boy is beautiful and so polite! Very interesting watching The Mondragon scraping his back with no sign of bruising until the very end at his left scapula...and then along the left side of his neck. That easily visible, moveable knot was amazing, especially when she accessed it from the FRONT! What talent!!! This woman is incredible at knowing the body and how every single muscle, tendon, and bone moves and its effect on other anatomy. Her ability to approach from a different angle using an altered method to achieve her desired result is just... brilliant. I need to see her but it sounds almost imposssible to get an appointment. 🥺😢

@@altitudechallenged rolling suitcase? That's a stretch lol. Do you know why kids bags are too heavy? It's because for some reason they feel the need to carry every single book they have for the subjects lessons in the whole week. I never had this problem. I take out the books I don't need on the day and remove unnecessary stuff. It got to the point that later in my education I didn't need a pencil case.
@altitudechallenged
@altitudechallenged 4 жыл бұрын
@@sidneyasiegbu I carried a suitcase for my books up til the 3rd grade I think? Maybe my mom thought I didn't have the responsibility to pick and choose my books for the day, so the bag carried everything lol. I found this vid so informative what with the doc giving us loads of Latin names of the muscles & a very insightful comment about how most of the world is built for people in the 5'6 -5'9 height so tall people are always looking down. As the Dr's brother said on one of his vids, "tech neck is the new smoking", ain't t that the truth! Phew! the doc really laid into his back with the pink roller then her elbow while standing on one leg ( great leggings btw), to give some extra leverage, she didn't hold back. And such a sweet young man too. Great live chat yesterday dr, totally loved every minute & I'm one of yr 20%. Stay safe everyone 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 💖💖👍👍

I notice her way of healing the muscles is different than most other chiropractors.They will mainly focus on the cracking teqniques while she gets a lot of rubbing nods in . So is that more impactful or is it just different ?
@moxielouise

It's my belief that by doing the soft tissue work as well as the adjustment it is so much better. The muscle spasms are what pulls the spine out and cracking feels great, but, because the muscles are still messed up that given a few days they can pull the it right back out again. It's a round robin situation. Finding a chiro that works this way is a long process. Of course you can always pay for the triple --chiro, masseuse, scraper master. So much time and $$$

Jamie Yarbrough I can assume some patients would want to get work done on them in silence. Especially because it’s not exactly comfortable to have this done. It can be irritating constantly hearing a noise/a voice when you’re uncomfortable.

whitney blue I’m sure the patient could tell her if they would rather have her be quite or not. She is talking so much because she is making a KZbin video. Plus her saying what’s happening and what she is doing might help the patient not be so nervous.

It took me a very long time to find out how to pop my back but i think I finally figured it out. Sometimes I can make a fist and place it on my upper back and when i lean back and push my fists forward it usually pops. I also sometimes squat down and push my upper back against the edge of my counter and push into it. Those are the best ways and I also can use the foam roller to get my lower and upper back.

The mass and distance phenomena is called leverage. The further away a mass (his head) is from a point of turn (the joint being curved) the more influence the mass will have. This influence is called torque. (I understand you know what leverage is but it also applies to his neck as well as you ability to apply force)
