1:34 for the 400 m run with a 100lb sandbag is incredible. I'd like to know what he can run it in without the sandbag. He mentioned he has someone run it without the sandbag in 1:02 which is a very respectable time as well. So just another 30 seconds for carrying that weight is very very good. 7:14 Ouch. Jesus came close to losing some teeth.
